Where does the name krapyDNA come from and what does it mean?

krapyDNA was a meaningless nickname discovered in middle school when I spelled my name, Andy Park, backwards. The meaning and purpose of the name has developed into one of inspiration and hope. Even though we are sinful by nature and have “krapy” DNA, we are not restricted or limited because true strength comes from Christ. With this strength, krapyDNA believes that ordinary people can make an extraordinary impact on the world.

How and when do you release new products?

Most of the products will be released in collections. Each collection will have a specific theme and cohesiveness to it. Many companies release these collections in a seasonal format but krapyDNA will release them randomly as ideas for new themes come up. Will you restock or reprint shirts that are sold out?

A shirt will only be restocked in some instances when it is sold out and it is part of the newest collection. If a shirt from an older collection runs out, it will not be restocked as the overall direction of krapyDNA will be to move forward with fresh new designs. This also ensures that all shirts are limited edition.

What type of shirts do you print on?

All krapyDNA shirts are printed on 100% soft ring-spun cotton and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA. The shirts shrink a little after being washed so if you are between sizes, we recommend going with the larger one. When washing, we recommend that you flip your shirt inside out, wash cold, and hang dry.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders will take on average 4-6 business days.

International orders will take on average 10-15 business days or more depending on the destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will depend on the country and size of your order. The best way to determine your shipping cost is to proceed to the checkout page where the shipping cost is present. 

Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders over $75.

Please note that international orders are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

What shipping method do you use?

All domestic orders are sent via USPS first class or priority mail.

All international orders are sent via USPS first class International mail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal as well.

What is your Return Policy?

Our goal here at krapyDNA is for your 100% total customer satisfaction.

Notice must first be given to andypark@krapyDNA.com (RE: Returns) within 2 days of shipment receipt for any exchanges to take place. Unworn shirts can then be exchanged within 10 days of shipment receipt. Customers are responsible for the additional shipping charges unless a product is defective in any way.
